This year, for the 26th time, the Budapest Strings and the Pápa City jointly organise the Haydn Festival. Spend an afternoon in the recently renovated Esterházy Castle in Pápa and discover the baroque treasures of Pápa accompanied by the Budapest Strings on 20-23 July 2023.

Together with local organisers, we have created interactive musical guided tours where visitors can learn about the history of the wonderfully decorated rooms of the building, hear exciting legends about the life of the Esterházy family and see how everyday life was lived in the castle while listening to Haydn’s wonderful chamber music performed by the Budapest Strings.
